Inspiration Spotlight: The Sunroom Paint

This week’s inspiration spotlight is our sunroom — soon to be our playroom! It’s totally empty right now since we haven’t moved in yet, but I couldn’t wait to share it because I’m already obsessed with the paint.

We went with Demo Day by Magnolia Paint, and it’s doing all the work for us at the moment. I wanted a darker color to anchor the space and help hide little fingerprints (because let’s be honest, they’re coming whether I like it or not). The color shifts with the sunlight — cozy and moody in the evening, bright and fresh during the day — and it instantly gives the room so much personality.

Even without furniture or toys, I can already picture it filled with laughter, playtime chaos, and plenty of memories. For now though… it’s just me standing in the middle of an empty room, grinning at the walls like a proud parent.

Sometimes all it takes is the right paint color to make a space feel alive. Stay tuned — I can’t wait to share this room once it’s styled (and probably covered in toys)!
