Well, Hey Y’all! Let’s Be Friends!

Hey y’all, welcome! I’m so glad you’re here! Grab some sweet tea (or coffee, no judgment) and let’s hang out for a sec.

I’m Kristina, married to my hubs, Benji (he puts up with all my crazy design ideas), and mama to our little firecracker, Gracie. She just turned 1, and we’ve got Baby #2 on the way in January—which basically means I’ll be running on coffee, grace, and maybe dry shampoo for the foreseeable future. Send prayers.

Now, let’s rewind. Design has always been my thing. My mom bought me an interior design computer game back in elementary school, and I was hooked. Fast forward to college—I actually moved all the way to LA to attend FIDM… for exactly two weeks. (Plot twist: it was insanely expensive, so I bailed. But hey, my design board DID end up displayed in the school lobby, so at least I peaked early, right?)

Eventually, I came back to Charlotte, majored in Finance (because nothing says “creative soul” like spreadsheets), and—bonus!—met my husband. So clearly, God knew what He was doing.

Since then, we’ve built one home, are currently building another, and flipped a house we didn’t live in (which was a whole wild ride—definitely a story for another post). We’ve also moved… five times in eight years. Yes, we’re either insane or addicted to Zillow. Probably both.

This blog is where I’ll share all the fun stuff—design inspo, DIY wins (and fails), faith, and everything in between. Think of it as a cozy space where we can laugh, get inspired, and maybe even figure out how to hang wallpaper without crying.
